Clinical evaluation and treatment of dementia
conditions especially Alzheimer's disease.
Epidemiology of dementias.
Molecular genetics and pathology and biochemistry
of dementias.

Bengt
Winblad has been the tutor for more than 150 dissertations
(Ph.D. examinations) in Umeå and Stockholm.
Bengt Winblad has published more than 700 original
publications in the field of gerontology/geriatrics/dementia
research.
